The assessment of the effect of the development of anthropogenic structures and infrastructures is a fundamental activity in every project that look toward the development of industry and commerce involving someway the exploitation and use of territorial and energy resources. Specifically, the European Directives and national and regional laws establish criteria for the SEA and EIA studies for the characterization of the impact of the interventions in the land planning plans and on the environ-climatic variability.
