FLO-2D Basic is the new free model offered by FLO-2D, a good tool for students, demonstrations and preliminary flood studies for flood risk and hazard maps.
FLO-2D PRO is the new professional licensed version that in addition to the BASIC version capabilities adds the possibility to simulate mud and debris flow, sediment transport, dam breach, groundwater (MODFLOW interface) and stormdrain systems (EPA-SWMM interface).
When you buy PRO version you get a 1 year subscription to technical assistance, webinars and model updates. Subscription to this services may be renewed anually.
