Workflow

IDRAN workflow is the secret of our efficiency. Each project is analysed and segmented to identify elements and processes pertaining to a single expert as respect to the team work and the interfacing with the client. Tasks are, thus, developed independently from each expert and coupling the interdependent work developed by the team in a synergic and flexible manner that is guaranteed by a Project Manager that takes care of the client needs coordinating the project activities for accomplishing the predefined goals.

The definition of a specific organization for the workflow of our projects was born from the challenging activity of applying the specialized skills of our applied research experts (PhD) in the business and consulting practice. This organizational model is the subject of an ongoing technology transfer initiative namely: IDRAN Workflow “Sync-optimization of an unlimited network of PhDs at the global scale”
