IDRAN adopts an organizational model based on the synergistic interaction between the customer, the work group and the end user, in order to maximize the quality level and efficiency of its processes . This synergy allows to define efficiently and precisely the needs of the project expressed regarding the objectives and characteristics of the expected services and products, as well as to identify the most appropriate internal resources and skills for this purpose.
At an operational level, the organization of IDRAN projects is based on the activity of a General Project Manager who selects, coordinates and supervises the different professional phases in one or more multidisciplinary working groups, each with a Project Manager and any external selectable actors IDRAN group companies and the network of academic and professional partners if necessary for the completion of the project.
